infoAbout Flare AndroidFlare Android checks thousands of app downloads (in APK format) per month. AV-TEST downloads these apps (applications) and analyses them automatically. Static features such as the app's permissions and the source code are evaluated. On the basis of these evaluations, we classify the apps according to suspicion. The Flare Android data feed provides about 5,000 tested apps per month.
